Board of Directors' Meetings

Board of Director meetings of the Cordova Bay Association for Community Affairs (CBA) are held on the second Wednesday of each month (except July and August) at Cordova Bay United Church, on Claremont Avenue and Del Monte Avenue. Meetings start at 7.00 p.m. and run until approximately 9.00 p.m. If one evening there is a presentation, the meeting will start at 6.30 p.m.

All members are welcome to attend. If you have an issue you would like to bring before the Board, please contact the President to have your topic placed on the agenda. Agendas are sent out approximately one week before the meeting.

Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2012

The next AGM is to be held on Thursday 26 April, 2012 at 7.00 p.m. in The Seaside Room, 55 Plus Centre, #1 5238 Cordova Bay Road (Cordova Bay Elementary School). The guest speaker will be announced shortly.

All Candidates' Meeting - 2011

Every three years, the CBA holds an "All Candidates' Meeting" prior to municipal elections. On 26 October, we co-hosted a very successful forum with our neighbours, the Blenkinsop Valley Community Association. The entire evening was filmed by Claremont students and you can see the films on the News page.
