Executive Meetings

Executive meetings are held on the first Thursday of each month (except July and August) at Cordova Bay United Church, on Claremont Avenue and Del Monte Avenue. Meetings start at 6.30 p.m. and run until approximately 9.00 p.m.

All members are welcome to attend. If you have an issue you would like to bring before the Executive, please contact the President to have your topic placed on the agenda. Agendas are sent out approximately one week before the meeting.

Annual General Meeting

Our AGM is held in the month of April (generally towards the end of the month). The location for the AGM can change from year to year depending on potential turnout. Please refer to your Cordovan, Saanich News or this website for the date and location.

All Candidates Meeting

The CBA holds an "All Candidates Meeting" prior to municipal elections.
